Our training events are places where different people with similar interests and professional profiles come together. Our goal is for everyone to feel safe, accepted, and cared for.
Therefore, we expect all visitors to our training events – speakers, exhibitors, and our staff – to adhere to the following rules of conduct. We ask for the cooperation of everyone present to make our training events a safe, respectful, and enjoyable place for all.
We want to provide our visitors and attendees with an event experience free of harassment. “Harassment” includes, but is not limited to, offensive statements about gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance such as body build, skin color, religion, sexist displays, intentional intimidation, stalking, persecution, unwanted photography or recording, repeated disruption of presentations and other events, unwanted physical contact, and unwanted sexual attention.
